Live Your Bali began in 2022, when our founder made a decision that many visitors make but few act on — to stay.
What started as one villa for personal use turned into two, and then two into a platform. A brand built on a simple tension: European precision in the bones, Balinese soul in the spaces between.
Today we're a European-led PMA company registered in Tibubeneng, operating across two mandates — developing villas for investors, and hosting guests in the ones we keep in our care.

A villa is not a product. It's a promise — made once at design, kept forever in details. The weight of the door handles. The exact angle of the morning light. The silence of a pool pump that isn't yours to hear.
We build for travellers who notice those things. Who stay longer, arrive quieter, leave reviews in their own time. Who understand that luxury isn't what you add — it's what you refuse to compromise.

We could have built 20 villas by now. We chose 8 — designed harder, built slower, priced honestly. Scale is easy. Standards are not.
Bali isn't our backdrop — it's our home. We employ locally, source locally, honour local traditions. The soul is not aesthetic. It's earned.

Handles local partnerships, trusted suppliers, and the daily rhythm of our properties. Agung's right hand, and our ears on the ground.
Our notary in Bali. Oversees all legal structure for both investor transactions and property operations. Discreet, meticulous, irreplaceable.
